Accord Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

Accord Financial Corp. (TSX – ACD), a leading North American provider of a wide range of factoring and other asset-based financial services to businesses, including lending, financing, collection services, credit investigation, credit protection and guarantees, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.045 per share, payable June 1, 2005, to shareholders of record at the close of business May 13, 2005.
